Representatives from Space Students Sweden’s member associations across Sweden will gather on 4–6 December at TBA, Stockholm, for our Congress 2026.
At the heart of the weekend is our General Assembly, where delegates will elect the next federation board, discuss proposals, and make decisions about the federation’s future. Before handing over the controls, we’ll compare experiences from our associations and discuss what we want to work towards together.
Between discussions and ballots, there’ll be workshops on running student associations, guest talks, social activities, and a Saturday sittning which is a great time to clean the dust on your song book and have a great time among others.
Highlights

- Hear from invited guests from academia and the space industry.
- Exchange ideas for projects, events, and collaborations between associations.

What is the Congress?
What is the Congress?
The Congress brings together representatives from Space Students Sweden’s 13 member associations for three days of discussions, workshops, and social activities. At its centre is our Autumn General Assembly, where delegates take part in decisions about the federation’s future.
Who can participate?
The Congress is primarily for delegates from our 13 member associations, together with the federation board.
There will also be room for up to 10 additional paying participants. Details about eligibility and how to apply for these places will be announced with registration.
The Conference is made possible with support from the districts in Sveriges Ungas Rymdrörelse, Astronomisk Ungdom, and Sveriges Rymdstudenter.

For additional paying participants:
There will be a participation fee calculated by the cost of participation.
