The application to join our Klubbmästeri is now open!
Do you enjoy creating memorable events, bringing people together, and making ambitious ideas become reality? As a member of Space Students Sweden’s Klubbmästeri, you will be part of the team responsible for planning and delivering S³’s two largest annual national events.
Working together with the rest of the group, you will help create events that are both professionally rewarding and socially engaging.
Klubbmästeri is responsible for organizing two flagship events each year:
The S³ Congress (Autumn), aimed at members active in S³’s local associations and including the organization’s Autumn General Assembly.
The S³ Conference (Spring), aimed at students interested in or actively involved in space-related student projects from across Sweden.
Project roles are appointed continuously, application closes on 29th of August
How it works
- Your group will work closely with the federation board and carry out the project according to a coordinated plan and purpose
- All costs, such as travel and participation in the event as well as meetups with the project group are covered!
- A unique opportunity to build your network within Space Students Sweden as well as with the space industry, and develop important leadership and project management skills.
As a member of Klubbmästeri, you may work with tasks such as:
- Planning social activities and networking events.
- Organizing workshops and interactive sessions.
- Inviting and coordinating speakers.
- Contacting and securing sponsors.
- Planning and arranging banquet dinners and other social gatherings.
- Coordinating catering, accommodation, and other logistical aspects of the events.
- Supporting the execution of both the Congress and the Conference on site.
The exact division of responsibilities is decided within the group, allowing members to contribute according to their interests and strengths.
The role is designed to be manageable alongside studies.
- Approximately 1–2 hours of work per week on average.
- Bi-weekly team check-ins to coordinate progress.
- Attendance is expected at a work weekend in Stockholm prior to both the Congress and the Conference, where the committee finalizes preparations together.
- Members are also expected to participate during both the Congress and the Conference, where they should be availble at all times.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic students who enjoy organizing events, working in a team, work and helping create a living community for students in space. Previous experience with event planning is welcome but not required ; motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
