The Space Students Sweden Conference is a unique opportunity to engage in the future Sweden’s space sector, and help shape it to be able to realise the dreams of students and young people.

Join us april 24–26 at Chalmers in Gothenburg, for our first ever national conference!

What is the Conference?

This Space Students Sweden Conference is a national gathering of students interested in space, a place for networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. Whether you’re part of a student satellite project, a rocketry team, engaged in space research, or simply fascinated by space exploration, this event provides the perfect setting to learn, discuss, and get inspired.

The conference is held at Chalmers in Gothenburg and starts at 18:00 on april 24th, and closes at 14:00 on april 26th.


Who can participate?

The conference is open to any university student in Sweden who is a member of any association within Space Students Sweden. If you aren’t already, you can become a member for free at spacestudents.se/membership

You are expected to attend the entire conference program, if this will not be possible you must let us know beforehand.

Participation fee and tickets

  • With accommodation: 600 sek
  • Without accommodation: 450 sek

Included in both ticket prices are:

  • Dinner on friday, lunch and fika on saturday and sunday
  • A “sittning” (celebratory dinner), including food and drink, on saturday as part of the conference program
  • The full program on both friday, saturday, and sunday

With the price for accomodation you will receive:

  • Accommodation at Slottskogens vandrarhem Friday and Saturday night
  • Breakfast included, bring your own linen and towel
