We are very excited to open the application for our project groups for the coming academic year, our first official project groups within the federation!
So far, within Space Students Sweden most of the work and projects have been carried out by the federation board and in direct collaboration with our member associations. Finally, we are now able to invite members all throughout our various associations and all students in Sweden interested in space, to collaborate on making important national projects and initiatives possible. This is not only a necessity to make these projects possible, but will also give an opportunity to students who want to learn valuable skills in leadership and project management. We also hope that this will be an important platform for students to build their network, with other students as well as with industry/academia, and to further the exchange between associations and universities across Sweden.
The space industry, and the potential for accelerated space research, is evolving faster than anyone can keep up. And Sweden has an unprecedented opportunity to make important changes and develop its relevance in space, but also the potential of falling even further behind in the space sector and in providing interesting opportunities. As the future of space in Sweden, and with our potential for true innovation and courage to try new approaches, we students are crucial to ensuring that the opportunities in Sweden match our own dreams and aspirations. To make this a reality, we organize activities that build a community, inspire more students, and that help our members develop important skills and ecosystems.
